Precision Finish Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, appointment history, and before and after photos of your vehicle. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To schedule and perform your appointment, send confirmations, reminders and arrival notifications, send invoices and receipts, follow up after service, and provide support.
Text messaging
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Precision Finish Auto Detailing about your service. These include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way and ETA notifications, invoices and payment links, and post-service follow-up or review requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not sell, share or trade your mobile number, your SMS consent, or any opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is given directly to Precision Finish Auto Detailing and is used only by us. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with providers who help us operate our business: OrbisX for booking and customer management, Twilio for messaging, and Stripe for payments. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep customer and service records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain.

- Use the unsubscribe link in any email
- Contact us to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
