Terms of Service

These terms apply to services booked with Precision Finish Auto Detailing through precisionfinishautodetailing.com, by phone, or by text.
Services
We provide mobile auto detailing in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, ceramic coating and add-on services. We travel to your location and work on site.
Booking and deposits
Appointment requests are confirmed by us before scheduling. A 25% deposit reserves your appointment and applies toward your total.
Prices shown are starting prices and vary by vehicle size and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, mold or biohazard cleanup may require an adjusted price, which we will discuss with you before doing the work.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours' notice forfeits the deposit, which compensates our technician for the reserved time. If we reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, your deposit carries over to the new appointment.
Your responsibilities
Please have the vehicle accessible and legally parked at the service address, remove personal belongings and valuables, and allow reasonable space to work around the vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments online through Stripe. Invoices and payment links are sent by text or email.
Results and liability
We document vehicle condition with photos before and after service. Detailing improves appearance but cannot reverse all pre-existing damage; deep scratches, oxidation, stains, odors and wear may improve without being eliminated. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before beginning work.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will work with you to make it right. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear discovered during or after service.
Text messaging terms
The program. Precision Finish Auto Detailing operates an SMS program that sends service-related text messages to customers who ask to receive them.
How you opt in. You give consent directly to Precision Finish Auto Detailing by entering your mobile number on our booking form at precisionfinishautodetailing.com and checking the SMS consent box. That consent is given specifically for this messaging program and is not bundled into any other agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book by phone at (404) 974-6892 instead.
What we send. Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way and arrival notifications, invoices and payment links, and post-service follow-up or review requests. A separate optional checkbox, which you do not need to check in order to book, adds occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with your appointments. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

We do not share your number. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your mobile number, your SMS consent, or any opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used only to send you messages about your service with us. Twilio acts solely as the carrier service that delivers those messages on our behalf.
Delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
